TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Seller Growth, BPO Management Lead - Indonesia
In this team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of SMB mid-tail sellers by managing BPO manpower with the end goal of increasing overall sellers' GMV. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a category-specific growth strategy for the mid-tail seller portfolio on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia, drive seller growth and performance by implementing data‑driven intervention frameworks across the seller lifecycle.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of seller operation specialists and managers.
- Manage and optimize BPO agent service quality to ensure efficient, scalable, and high‑quality seller operations.
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Product and Strategy Teams to align seller initiatives with platform campaigns and tools.
- Establish robust monitoring and reporting systems to track portfolio health, team/BPO performance, and ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Platform & E‑commerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, seller management, or category management.
- Category & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute category‑specific growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of the supply landscape, pricing dynamics, and success drivers in at least one key Indonesian e‑commerce vertical.
- BPO/Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing BPOs or external service partners, including performance management, contract negotiation, and operational scaling.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a direct team leadership or people management capacity.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and lead through partnership.
- Language: High‑level communication skills in English speaking to communicate with internal & external stakeholders, with proven ability to engage diverse partners and lead a team.
- Analytical & Data‑Driven: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Data Studio) to analyze seller performance, drive insights, and measure impact.
