Responsibilities
  • Re-engage and win back customers who have churned, become inactive, or failed to renew their contracts.
  • Identify the root causes of churn and rebuild trust with former customers.
  • Offer tailored solutions such as revised pricing, packages, or incentives to reactivate accounts.
  • Work closely with BD, account management, and product teams to turn lost opportunities into renewed revenue.
  • Provide valuable insights on customer pain points to help reduce future churn.
Selection Procedure

The position reports to the Broker Classifieds Manager. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
