contributes to manage, maintain, and repair technical related systems in general for Aplikasi Super. The main responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software. This role has to be able to communicate to users along with creating written documentation with good verbal communication.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of company technical systems in general
  • Handling the operation of company computer software or hardware and resolving problems for all users
  • Setting up company’s installations including operating system, networking, and office needs related and ensuring everything is in working order
  • Having experience in installing software and doing minor repairs and troubleshooting for office equipment, such as laptop, computer, PLC, Arduino, microcontroller and other installation matters
  • Being responsible in giving response to service issues and requests by users
  • Being open with the advance of new technologies and able to implement if needed
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts especially for devices
