Primary Function / Job Summary

A dedicated and technically skilledTechnical Service Specialistfield-based in customer service team. Responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Document service activities, including reports, checklists, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualification (Knowledge, Experience, Education):
  • Associate degree in Electromedical Engineering (Electro Medic) with valid Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi / STR)
  • Previous experience in a technical service or field support role.
  • Familiarity with medical devices or healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
