Job Summary

The Technical Manager plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating technical activities within the organization. This position requires a strong technical background, leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex projects. The Technical Manager will lead a team of technical professionals, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain high standards of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Technical Expertise
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex technical issues.
Resource Management
  • Allocate and manage technical resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other managers to ensure optimal utilization of team resources.
Communication
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the technical team and with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Base pay of $1,200 - $1,500 a month plus 2 week vacation.
