The ideal candidate will possess experience with ERP Systems, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and strong communication skills. The role also requires collaboration with IT teams, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential, and a passion for process improvement is desired.

Qualifications

Agile Technica is a growing Software and IT Consulting company that specializes in ERP Systems and Customized software. We provide services in multiple industries such as agriculture, construction, medicine, and many more.

Technical Business Analyst/The ERP Consultant (taking the role of Product Owner) will be responsible for performing analysis in the delivery of solutions to the business to a consistently high level, from inception through to delivery. This person will prepare clear and accurate requirements for the solutions.

On top of the business analysis work, this role will include some portion of technical work such as testing to assist the team with their delivery.

Desired Skills
  • 1 - 2 years experience in using ERP Systems such as ERPNext, SAP, or others.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or any other related discipline. Graduated or in the last year.
  • Knowledge of BPMN and other business process modeling standards.
  • Experienced in evaluating and assessing technology solutions; about functional capability.
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Desire to act as a leader within the team, mentor less experienced team members and use the group’s experience to improve the team's skills.
  • A passion for success in supporting change and process improvement in an agile environment.
  • Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for the outcomes.
  • Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.
  • Awareness of JIRA or equivalent project management tools.
  • SQL Database general knowledge.
  • Python Software general knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or equivalent productivity suites.
  • A personal interest in ERP Systems, the Medical industry, Agriculture industry, Retail industry, or Agile Methodology.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
