Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead client engagements in IT Strategy & Planning, including development of IT vision, roadmap, and alignment with corporate/business strategy.
2. Facilitate DX Visioning sessions and co-create Digital Transformation Roadmaps with client executives.
3. Conduct IT cost optimization assessments, develop cost models, and propose strategies to improve IT cost efficiency (e.g., outsourcing, shared services, cloud adoption).
4. Design and implement IT organization optimization initiatives, including IT Org design, capability mapping, and workforce transformation.
5. Enhance client IT governance frameworks, including policy design, compliance monitoring, IT risk management, and performance tracking.
6. Manage project teams (consultants/analysts) and oversee quality delivery of outputs, ensuring actionable recommendations and measurable impact for clients.
7. Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to drive buy-in, provide thought leadership, and present strategic recommendations.
8. Support business development through proposal creation, thought leadership publications, and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• 9–10 years of experience in IT strategy consulting, digital transformation, or corporate IT strategy roles; at least 3 years in project leadership/management.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains:
  -IT Strategy & Roadmap Development
  - Digital Transformation (DX) visioning & execution planning
  - IT Cost Optimization
  - IT Organization Design & Optimization (TOM, capability building, sourcing models)
  - IT Governance & Risk Management (COBIT, ITIL, ISO, etc.)
• High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to structure complex issues into actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; proven ability to deliver executive workshops and board-level presentations.
