About the Role:
Yayasan Talenta Mandarin Indonesia is dedicated to fostering Indonesian Mandarin-speaking talent capable of building the nation and leading the era. We aim to create a sustainable ecosystem through quality, inclusive education to reduce poverty, social inequality, and help Mandarin-speaking talent secure jobs that support Indonesia's economy.

We are looking for a strategic and driven individual to build, manage, and grow our talent ecosystem while leading key foundation projects and securing sustainable funding. This role is central to our mission, focusing on end-to-end talent management, impactful project execution, and fostering partnerships that enable our programs to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management & Tracking: Develop and maintain a comprehensive system to identify, track, engage, and nurture a network of students and alumni.
  • Scholarship & Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of key foundation initiatives, such as scholarship programs and talent development projects.
  • Partnership & Fund Development: Proactively secure grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations to fund and expand the foundation's programs and outreach.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Design and implement frameworks to measure program impact, track key results, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, donors, and the board.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Ensure meticulous documentation of processes, partnerships, and program outcomes to uphold transparency and support organizational learning.
Who You Are
  • You have proven experience (3+ years) in program/project management, partnership development, fundraising, or community/talent management, ideally within an NGO, foundation, or educational institution.
  • You are a skilled relationship-builder and communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders from students to corporate donors.
  • You possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with a talent for turning strategic plans into actionable, successful outcomes.
  • You are analytically minded, with experience in monitoring & evaluation and a commitment to data-driven decision making.
  • You are a proactive, self-motivated professional who excels independently in a remote setting.
  • You have full professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • You are deeply passionate about education, talent development, and contributing to Indonesia's human capital.
