Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Logistic, & Warehouse)

Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiation, and Purchase Order issuance.

Develop and maintain vendor performance evaluations (quality, delivery, compliance).

Participate in cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, benchmarking, and negotiation improvement.

Monitor contract execution, delivery schedules, and resolve procurement-related issues with suppliers.

Maintain and update the material master database, ensuring accuracy of specifications, descriptions, category coding, and unit of measure.

Conduct cycle counts and coordinate annual stock-taking activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

Contribute to continuous improvement programs related to supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process standardization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Mining Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in Procurement/SCM/Inventory/Cataloguing, including team coordination or vendor management exposure.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, warehouse management, and inventory control principles.

Experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or any ERP system is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially when dealing with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel for business trips to project sites (site visits, vendor audits, and operational reviews).
