Finance & Operations is a division with a strategic role in maintaining financial health while ensuring the smooth operation of PT Wagmi Kreatif Indonesia. This division serves as the main connector between budget management, cash flow, financial reporting, and the effectiveness of daily operational processes.

The main role of this division is to design, supervise, and ensure the implementation of financial and operational strategies are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Highlights Roles And Responsibilities
  • Manage daily financial transactions and financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure risk mitigation to prevent financial losses.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost efficiency.
  • Manage tax reporting in coordination with tax consultants.
  • Coordinate daily with the Fulfillment team to improve customer service levels.
Required Skill and Competencies
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a Supervisor role in Finance/Accounting.
  • Possess Brevet A & B certification.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Jurnal or equivalent).
