Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Aesthetic Clinic to join our team at Superb Clinic' in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our aesthetic clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and the highest standards of medical care.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the work of the clinic staff, including therapists, receptionists, and administrative personnel
• Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of essential products and supplies, making orders as required
• Provide hands‑on aesthetic treatments and procedures to clients, as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints, addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve the clinic's operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the aesthetic or beauty industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and industry best practices
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a high‑quality, personalised experience for clients
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and management
• A valid aesthetic/beauty therapy qualification or certification
