Job Description:

Strategic Project Management is responsible for driving business initiative in developing new business models and overseeing strategy and project portfolio including digitalization, innovative strategy to improve current business process or customer experience, and co-branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting supervisor for building new business model in current partnership, including business target settings, sales process and strategically plan for the key sales driver on each new business model.
  • Create, plan and monitoring initiatives and ideas for growing the new bancassurance business model.
  • Coordinating to digital & IT team from both parties (Sun Life and bank partner) for any digital projects for current business model related to business improvement for sales team and customers.
  • Led cross functional teams in executing projects and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders which involving Regional Office (RO) team and Senior Management from Sun Life and Bank partner
  • Deliver both routine and ad-hoc update/ deck for Golden Steerco Meeting, other RO update, and monthly digital meeting.
