Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent ability in team management & development.
• Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
• Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant.
• Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store Jabotabek area when needed.
