As a Store Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the front line, overseeing daily store operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will guide the store team, maintain our visual standards, and drive sales, acting as the crucial link between our staff and management. Your leadership ensures we achieve operational excellence and create a welcoming environment for every customer.

What We’ll Work on Together
  • Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
  • Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
Qualification
  • A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
