Responsibilities

Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail F&B (preferably as Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Leader specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent)
• Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store
• Great communicator and proven leader
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Willing to travel
