An international airline is seeking a Station Operations Specialist at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role focuses on executing flight support operations, liaising with aviation authorities, and monitoring the performance of ground handling agencies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian. Preferred experience includes airline ground service or airport handling operations. Willingness to work night shifts is essential.
Execute daily flight support operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta) to ensure compliance with company safety and service quality standards.
Monitor ground handling agency performance in Jakarta, document issues, and elevate as needed.
Independently liaise with DGCA (Indonesia Civil Aviation) and CIQ joint inspection authorities in Jakarta on flight rights, slot allocations, and quarantine policy changes.
Participate in new handling agency selection negotiations and review agency agreement terms for Jakarta operations.
Oversee KPI compliance across all handling agencies (passenger/cargo/aircraft maintenance, etc.).
Initiate penalty proposals and renegotiate for contract violations.
Assist station manager with irregular flight operations and resource coordination.
Complete additional tasks assigned by station manager.
