Sr. Staff ERP Technical - IT Solutions - Jakarta (B-123004)

Our client is an IT Solutions company. They are looking for Sr. Staff ERP Technical.

Responsibilities

• Customize ERP solutions to fit specific business processes within the manufacturing industry, partnering with the client to ensure a tailored fit.
• Provide expert advice on ERP best practices, integrations, and optimizations to ensure smooth workflows and processes for clients.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify solutions to business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases to ensure performance, security, and integrity. Write and optimize SQL queries (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Train and support end-users to ensure they are comfortable with the ERP system, and provide documentation and troubleshooting resources.
• Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for ERP projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related major.
• Min 3-5 years of experience as technical consultant, ERP developer, or in a similar technical role within the ERP domain.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including business processes, supply chain management, and inventory management.
• Experience in managing databases and writing SQL queries on platforms like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Business level of English.
