This is a small, high-impact team critical to Product Technology. We serve as the execution core, synchronizing engineering efforts and driving all priority programs. We ensure every high-impact initiative moves quickly and reliably from vision to rollout.
Serving as the execution core within Product Technology, the team defines program strategy, drives end-to-end alignment between engineering and business units, and provides executive-level reporting to guarantee the swift, successful completion of our most vital product development programs.
Define Scope and Strategy: Translate high-level product goals into a clearly defined, measurable, and phased technical Program Charter and Roadmap.
Stakeholder Alignment: Secure commitment and maintain alignment from senior leadership (Product, Engineering, and Business) on program scope, priorities, and success criteria.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate cross-project dependencies and strategic risks that threaten program timelines or quality.
Timeline and Budget Control: Own and enforce the integrated program master schedule, ensuring delivery milestones are met within defined timeframes and resource constraints.
Process Governance: Establish and facilitate a robust cadence of program reviews, steering committee meetings, and decision-making processes to drive efficient execution.
Blocker Resolution: Actively remove organizational, resource, or technical roadblocks that impede the progress of development and delivery teams.
Performance Metrics: Establish clear transparent, project status reporting to executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary escalations.
Post-Program Review: Lead post-launch reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements that increase future delivery speed and quality.
