Performance media is a core growth driver for the business, and this role sits right at the center of it. As a Senior Biddable Media Specialist, you’ll own high-impact biddable campaigns across platforms and funnel stages, turning media investment into measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands‑on role with real accountability. You’ll influence strategy, challenge assumptions, and work closely with planners to scale performance in a way that’s smart, sustainable, and results‑driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage biddable media campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social channels.
  • Develop and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns daily against core KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Own budget allocation, pacing, and scaling to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking and conversion events using tools like GA4 and GTM.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for planners and stakeholders.
A Bit About You
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in biddable or paid performance media.
  • Strong platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic tools (e.g. DV360, TTD).
  • Proven experience managing and scaling sizable media budgets with performance accountability.
  • Highly analytical, confident working with data, and strong in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experienced with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • A clear, confident communicator who enjoys collaborating closely with planners and cross‑functional teams.
