Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor in any Engineering Degree with specialization in Project Management or Senior Cost Control Engineer related training
• Minimum 4 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
• Proficient skill in using Microsoft Project, Primavera, Ms. Project
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands‑on with good initiative
• Competent in organization and analysis of project costing data
• Willing to be placed in Serpong and can travel to project sites

Job Responsibilities:

• To create structure & organize CAPEX for each discipline.
• To control project budget (CAPEX) by SAP-PS System.
• To prepare Capex (PR / PO & external service status report Weekly & Monthly).
• Support Global Project Group Review and revise Project SOPs & Guidelines, Bill of Quantity, prepare reports to Shareholders for Final Settlement
• Monitoring of On-going project
