Job summary

A luxury boutique resort in Indonesia is seeking experienced candidates for a key role. Applicants must have 5* resort experience, be knowledgeable in spa treatments, and possess strong leadership skills. The position is open to Indonesian Nationals only, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning, yet remote location. Previous overseas experience is highly desirable.

• 5+ years of experience in a 5* & leisure resort.
• Experience in remote locations is a must.
• Fully knowledgeable of spa trends and treatments.

Job description

Our client is a high-end 5* luxury boutique resort with +/- 50 units in Indonesia.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Experience in remote location is a must
• Overseas experience
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Fully knowledgeable of spa treatments and products including latest trends (spa equipment and value)
• Knowledge of holistic wellness trends, treatments, and therapies
• Strong leadership skill
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Well organized person
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
• Flexible working hours
• Hands-on
