- Experience Years 2 - 5 years in senior Kitchen roles (Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef) in stars Hotels or Fine Dinning.
- Working through various kitchen roles (line cook, commis) to build a diverse skill set.
- Proven experience managing teams and kitchen operations.

- Communication, problem-solving, time management, project management, high-stress resilience.
- Work Environment Requires long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
