Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand campaigns.
  • Manage a content calendar for Instagram & TikTok and ensure timelines are always on track.
  • Develop fresh content ideas and monthly creative initiatives based on insights and social listening.
  • Maintain high‑quality, on‑brand outputs across captions, visuals, and videos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, photo/video) and external partners (agencies, KOLs).
  • Drive growth by hitting follower targets and key organic performance metrics.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance to identify patterns, opportunities, and next‑step strategies.
  • Oversee content production needs—whether in‑house or with external vendors.
  • Post content across feeds/stories and engage with the audience via DM and comments to strengthen brand image.
