A leading skincare brand in Indonesia is seeking a Campaign Manager for their e-commerce initiatives, focusing on TikTok and Shopee. The ideal candidate will manage social media campaigns, maintain brand visual standards, and analyze sales data to drive growth. This role requires proven experience with premium skincare brands and excellent communication skills in English. Online Campaign&Social Media Execution: Collaborate with KOL & Store team to plan and execute Social media campaign, Self-livestream and Brand visual standards that drive brand's sales.
Brand Visual Standards: Maintain a unified visual standard for the brand and preserve its premium style; coordinate daily communication with the design agency to ensure that public promotional materials meet requirements.
Self-livestream: Manage the self-livestream project, ensure visual design meets requirements, optimize livestream scripts and content, and manage and optimize livestream interactions on weekdays to boost brand sales and brand exposure.
Brand Growth: Work cross-functionally with marketing/sales teams to align Social Medias, KOL campaigns with product launches and promotions.
Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies.
