Job summary

A leading project management company in Jakarta is seeking a Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial buildings. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, ensuring project timelines, and performing quality control. The role requires self-travel in the Jabodetabek area. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update reports based on approved project details.
• Monitor project engineers and troubleshoot product installation.
• Collate project documentation for Project Manager.
• Ensure timely project completion acknowledged by Contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors during measurements.
• Perform quality control for ongoing projects.
• Supervise projects per planning guidelines.

• Collate related projects documentation and records to be handed over to Project Manager.
• Ensure the project can be completed in time based acknowledged by Contractors
• Coordinate and supervised contractor during measurement proses to create layouts and 3D
• Carry out quality control for ongoing projects
• Supervise projects in accordance with planning

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s in Civil/Architecture or similar
