A design and construction firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Site Manager for their construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and interior industry, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations. This role involves developing project plans, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with various regulations, while maintaining effective communication with clients and the project team.
Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and schedules
Overseeing and directing the work of subcontractors and construction teams
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations
Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
Providing regular updates to the project management team and clients
Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for the project
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager Construction and Interior Industry
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
Proficient in using project management software CAD and Sketchup and construction technology
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
