Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Indonesia is seeking a Collection Center Lead to oversee and manage the operations of Collection Centers. You will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve productivity, controlling overall processes from inbound to outbound operations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, and good communication skills. A driving license will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Basic knowledge of the Agriculture process will be a plus.
• Having a driving licence A / C will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Collection Center Lead in the company.
• Do initiatives to improve productivity, quality, timeliness and cost.
• Evaluate and report the performance metrics of each Collection Center.
• Oversee the inbound process such as unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Control the process from sorting, trimming, drying, packaging and labelling.
• Oversee the outbound process such as validating, loading and shipping.
• Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders.
