Position Overview:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target construction projects.
• Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
• Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
• Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with AutoCAD software is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong flexibility and responsibility.
• Strong professional ethics, open, and trustworthy.
• Self-motivated, independent, and committed.
