Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking a Sales professional in Cilegon, Indonesia, to develop effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and deliver product presentations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 5 years in sales, and experience in Mechanical Seal applications. Knowledge in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical Seal and Dry Gas Seal.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business partnerships
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and weekly/monthly sales reports
• Deliver professional product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely closing of deals
• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth processes from quotation to delivery
• Focus on selling products/services related to Mechanical Seal and Dry Gas Seal applications

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering background is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
• Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical Seal and Dry Gas Seal
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial Machinery industries is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and target-driven work attitude
• Having broad networking and proven experience managing key accounts
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales pipeline management (an advantage)
• Willing to travel for business purposes
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon
