Senior Project Manager - Property Development (Residential)

Sumber Berkat Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a new residential development project located in the Sentul area, conveniently near LRT City Sentul. This role involves overseeing the project from initial ideation and concept development through planning, design, construction, completion, and final handover of residential units (apartments and/or landed houses) to end customers. The successful candidate will deliver the project on time, within budget, and to superior quality standards, while capitalizing on the area’s growing appeal as a green, accessible residential hub with proximity to LRT infrastructure.

Location: Kwitang, Central Jakarta (IMS Service Center)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end residential property development from feasibility, planning, design, permitting, construction, to final handover.
• Control project timeline, budget, cash flow, quality standards, risk management, and site safety (K3).
• Manage design coordination, regulatory approvals (PBG & environmental), tenders, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Oversee construction progress, quality control, issue resolution, and defect rectification until handover completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and deliver regular progress, financial, and risk reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 7–10+ years of experience in property development or construction project management.
• Proven experience managing residential projects end-to-end in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, permitting processes, and property regulations.
• Proficient in project management and technical tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel).
• Willingness to conduct frequent site visits and operate in a dynamic project environment.
