Job Description

Strengthen Finfra’s partner acquisition approach by refining target segments, engagement strategies, and partner materials to ensure our outreach remains effective and impactful.

Lead discovery and solution-driven meetings that foster strong relationships, uncover partner needs, and translate them into opportunities for collaboration.

Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships that deliver value for both Finfra and our partners, while laying the foundation for scalable growth.

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure partnership strategies align with company objectives, product roadmap, and evolving market opportunities.

  • Represent Finfra externally at partner meetings, industry forums, and events to expand our presence and strengthen brand credibility.
Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales.

Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, SaaS, or embedded finance space.

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete outcomes.

Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.

Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
