Job summary

Responsibilities
- Translate design briefs/tech packs into feasible knit product plans and manage development timelines and approvals.
- Oversee the full sampling process from proto to pre-production, including fit, trims, and lab dip approvals, and maintain clear revision records.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, confirm capacities, place purchase orders, and track order status.
- Source, qualify, and onboard new knit vendors; negotiate commercial terms, MOQs, and cost reductions.
- Coordinate with QC and Buyer to ensure product specifications are met and resolve quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing for knit apparel (factory/export exposure preferred) with prior experience in trading company and garment company is required.
- Proven experience in handling knit products and development processes.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, knit techniques, sampling processes, costing analysis, and advanced Excel.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to work with cross-border suppliers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
