Job Description
  • Analyze MAPClub member data across online and offline touchpoints to generate actionable marketing and business insights.
  • Develop customer segmentation, profiling, and behavioral analysis to support personalized campaigns and loyalty strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights for:
  • Member acquisition and engagement
  • Retention and reactivation programs
  • Cross-brand and cross-category initiatives within MAP Group
  • Conduct campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, including uplift, and member behavior impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Product, and Data teams to translate insights into executable actions.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor marketing performance dashboards
  • Perform A/B testing and experiment analysis for marketing campaigns, offers, and customer journeys.
  • Identify member lifecycle trends, churn risks, and growth opportunities using historical and real-time data.
  • Prepare insight reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance for marketing and member analytics.
  • Support strategic decision-making related to MAPClub loyalty programs, rewards, and omnichannel initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or business intelligence.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, omnichannel, or loyalty platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills.
