Qualifications

Job Description

• Analyze legal cases, provide legal opinions and advice that are right and effective for litigation cases in the company
• Ensure effective litigation management of all cases
• Timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress, and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of division
• Prepare documents needed both internally and externally
• Attend police summons or court proceedings on behalf of the company
• Brief internal employees in preparation to attending legal meetings
• Work with the internal operational and compliance team to strengthen internal control and anti-fraud system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 4-year experience in Corporate Litigation
• Minimum of 1-2 years of law firm experience
• Having a PERADI license is preferable
• Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Able to be proactive and take initiative
