Senior Functional Consultant / Business Consultant (ERP Software)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant / Business Consultant (ERP Software) to join our team in implementing and optimizing the NetSuite system for our clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in ERP technology and business consulting.

Responsibilities:

Contribute as a team member on ERP/NetSuite implementation projects.

Understand client business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations.

Design solutions using NetSuite functions and features.

Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, and recommend solutions.

Manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Interact directly with clients during the implementation process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any major (Industrial Engineering or Business Management preferred).

3 - 7 years as an ERP Functional Consultant in consulting or enterprise environments.

Proven hands-on experience with one or more of the following ERPs: International (NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central & Finance and Operations), Acumatica) or Local-Indonesia (Pro-Int, MAS, or comparable local ERP systems)

Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and professional (both verbal and written).

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proactive in seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.

Willing to be placed in BSD City, Tangerang.

Hands-on experience in ERP NetSuite implementation.
