Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is required.
• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong experience with data enrichment workflows is essential.
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with data libraries are mandatory.
• Experience with NLP (practical) is necessary.
• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB or NoSQL is required.
• Full fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build processes to clean, enrich, and structure large datasets.
• Integrate and manage existing ML models for classification and enrichment.
• Apply NLP techniques to understand and categorize job descriptions.
• Maintain and optimize non-relational databases.
• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for data transformation.
