Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Senior City Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the Senior City Manager, you will help own the growth, strategy, and operations in area of Tangerang, Bogor and Depok. You'll be the visionary on the ground, turning data into strategy and leading a team to build a more efficient and sustainable plan.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Craft and lead the strategic roadmap for sustainable development across your cities.
• Dive into metrics to uncover insights, spot opportunities, and prove what works.
• Manage your region P&L, manage the budget and overseeing the execution to completion, ensuring resource allocation.
• Collaborate with government, department heads, and community leaders to build policies or programs.
• Oversee projects and city-wide projects, also implementation of cross regional projects.
• Lead, coach, and enhance a diverse team from Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Driver Engagement.
• Manage crisis situations and develop emergency response strategies

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operational, area management or a related field.
• Knowledge of local areas, local development, local government operations, and sustainable city projects
• Strategic planning and demonstrated ability in budget management and fiscal responsibility
• Proficiency in project management and public speaking
• Prior leadership experience
• Crisis management skills
