We are looking for Senior B2B Sales/Business Development Officer at Geekhunter, and this position is for WFO Arrangement (Bandung)
What you will do:
- 100% Acquiring New Clients: sourcing potential client leads from various channels, Identify and qualify leads as sales opportunities, acquiring new clients & closing deals
- Finding Market Opportunities: planning, executing, and managing NBOs (New Business Opportunities) & projects to drive revenue growth & achieve revenue projection target
- Manage a partnership: with external parties that can drive revenue
- Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and company stakeholders
- Other Administrative Duties
- Actively involve in communities: HR/Employer Communities and business-related communities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or B2B business development.
- Fluent in English (Minimum TOEFL Score of 550 or equivalent)
- Have a proven track record on target achievement, numbers-driven and target-oriented
- Having outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse and experienced group executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong critical thinking, analytic thinking, and problem-solving skill
- Have a growth mindset, self-starter, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic and commitment
