About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Accounting and Tax professional to join the dynamic team at PT Trans Ocean Consulting. As a full‑time role based in Jakarta Raya, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's financial reporting and tax compliance functions.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the full accounting cycle, including month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements, budgets, and ad‑hoc financial analyses
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Managing tax planning, tax returns, and tax audits
• Providing strategic financial advice to support the company's decision‑making
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the accounting team

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of post‑qualification experience in accounting and tax, ideally within a large organisation or professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
