A freight forwarding company in Jakarta is seeking a qualified individual for handling Sea Custom Clearance. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, be proficient in MS Excel, and communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities include checking import data, preparing performance sheets, and monitoring shipments. The role requires strong teamwork, ambition, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding company, handling Sea Custom Clearance documents.
  • Knowledge in handling Sea Custom Clearance processes.
  • Must be able to work as a strong team member, ambitious and hardworking.

Responsibilities

  • Checking import data such as INV, PL, Term Ship Mode, and Draft PIB.
  • Sending pre-alert documents and draft PIB to customers.
  • Preparing Job Performance Sheets (JPS) as the basis for billing.
  • Confirming operational costs and sending DN to relevant parties.
  • Providing suggestions for problems in the import process.
  • Creating TI and sending it to IPL for shipment.
  • Creating Shipment Performance Reports.
  • Monitoring shipments and providing updates to customers.

Min. 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding company, especially handling Sea Custom Clearance documents. Have knowledge in handling Sea Custom Clearance processes. Fluent in English is a must. Proficient in Ms. Excel and good communication skills. Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking. Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
