Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to lead and support our SAP systems and projects. This role is responsible for managing the SAP team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving SAP improvements that support business growth. The SAP Manager will work closely with different departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP team in managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP systems.
• Oversee SAP daily operations to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
• Manage SAP projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities.
• Work closely with business users to identify improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
• Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for SAP support and project delivery.Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Develop SAP roadmap and guide the team through upgrades or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Train, coach, and supervise SAP functional and technical team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of SAP experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of major SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Basis, ABAP, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
• Good understanding of SAP system integration and business processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage.
• SAP or project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
