Now, we’re looking for a Sales Officer in Bali, to join our growing team and bring the Dune experience to divers around the world.

Role Overview

As a Sales Officer, you’ll be the first connection between travelers and their next diving adventure. You’ll handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and make sure each guest’s journey — from first contact to final dive — runs perfectly. This role is ideal for someone who loves communication, organization, and the ocean.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client and agent inquiries via email, phone, and web

Provide information about diving trips, destinations, and services

Manage reservations, issue confirmations, and send invoices

Coordinate with operational teams across destinations to manage availability and logistics

Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests

Maintain accurate records in our booking system (CRM)

Ensure excellent customer service from start to finish

Requirements

1 year of experience in travel, diving, hospitality, or customer service

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Fluent in English (French or another language is a plus)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets)

Passionate about diving, travel, and creating meaningful guest experiences

Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
