About the Roles

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Mitra Acquisition Manager to lead efforts in identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new Mitra (logistics agent). The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and expanding the company's partner network. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

What Will You Do
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships to grow the business.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract agreements with partners.
  • Identify and acquire new Mitra (logistics agent) to expand the network.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing Mitra (logistics agent), addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Mitra partners, providing support and solutions as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Grow Mitra volume and revenue together with other stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and acquisition performance.
What Are the Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, partner acquisition, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
