A prominent chemical company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the chemical or industrial sales sector, with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects in the branch including sales and customer service.
• Meet regional income goals and develop new businesses/products.
• Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
• Manage personnel by providing coaching, development, and motivation.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Review monthly KPI reports and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job description

Overseeing all operational aspects in the branch including sales, customer service, distribution operations and human resources.

Meet regional income goals and develop new businesses / products.

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

Manage branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation.

Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to improve efficiencies or performance of the branch.

Review subordinates' monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report & proceed necessary adjustment if needed.

Adhere to and in compliance with the mandatory rules, regulations, codes, guidelines and standards applicable to the company’s occupational health, safety and environmental management system.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or engineering-related field.

At least 6 years of working experience in chemical / Oleochemicals / Industrial sales is required for this position.

Experience in managing warehouse operations is an added advantage.

Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
