A leading fire safety solutions provider in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will manage marketing activities, execute effective training on product knowledge, and develop rewarding programs to increase sales. A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the fire protection sector, along with strong leadership and marketing skills, is required. This role is crucial for driving sales and enhancing the company's brand in a competitive market.
1. Plan, direct and execute marketing activities to increase sales growth
2. Plan, direct and execute promotional activities and events creatively and have a positive impact on the company's brand and sales
3. Plan and manage the creation of company product materials and brochures completely and professionally
4. Develop an attractive reward program that has an effective impact on increasing sales
5. Manage, direct and execute training activities on product knowledge and customer service
6. Manage, direct and execute effective social media marketing activities
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all areas below it, and take solution and improvement actions, to make performance continue to improve over time.
