About the role

Join PT MAHAKARYA ADI INDONESIA', a leading provider of advertising and media services, as a Business Development Manager. In this full‑time position based in Central Jakarta Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expansion within the media strategy, planning and buying industry.

What you'll be doing
  • Actively search, identify, and acquire new clients for digital marketing, creative, social media, and 360 campaign services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new clients and accounts.
  • Possess a strong network and a solid database of potential clients to support business development activities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new growth areas.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s overall business development plan.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the advertising, digital agency, or media industry.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and managing large prospect databases.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the media strategy, planning and buying industry.
