Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to implement action plans aligned with sales targets and strategy.
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to drive profitable business growth.
  • Manage accounts receivable to minimize overdue payments and bad debt risks, while meeting financial objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to prevent inventory issues and support production planning.
  • Generate timely reports on customer visits and compile monthly summaries of sales revenue, accounts receivable, and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research, update customer profiles, and identify new potential clients.
  • Foster and expand new business opportunities and customer relationships to enhance sales growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical sales related to waterproofing applications is preferred.
  • Experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is an advantage.
