As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in shaping the customer experience. You will welcome customers, provide product recommendations, and support overall store operations. What We’ll Work on Together

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to create a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and offer accurate product recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure product displays remain neat, organized, and up to store standards.
• Operate the POS system accurately during transactions, exchanges, and refunds.
• Monitor and report inventory levels while assisting with stock handling and replenishment.
• Assist with daily store tasks, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Supervisor and team to achieve both personal and store sales targets.
• Support special campaigns, promotions, or operational priorities during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3)/ Bachelor (S1) is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required — we provide development.
• Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is beneficial.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and well-presented with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and comfortable standing for long periods.
