A leading hospitality company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Operation Manager. You will oversee restaurant operations, develop sales strategies, and lead a team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Hospitality Management and over 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a commitment to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Minimum Diploma’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Have more than 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in the Food And Beverage / Restaurant
Fully understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Train new employees on upselling products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing teams.
