Job summary

A leading company in the sales industry is seeking a Sales Administrator in Tangerang. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, generating sales reports, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and must speak Chinese at HSK/HSKK level 3. This role also requires attention to detail, communication skills, and a confident demeanor. A full meal allowance and BPJS Kesehatan insurance are provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a sales administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • HSK/HSKK level 3 in Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and maintain customer records.
  • Generate and report sales and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with sales team and provide support.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Manage sales documentation and contracts.

Job description

Process PO and maintain accurate customer records

Generate sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly and report it to OA systems

Generate stock reports and coordinate with warehouse staff for its matter

Coordinate with sales team and provide administrative support

Manage sales documentations and contracts

Assist with customer inquiries & follow ups

Support sales meetings and presentation preparation

Assist sales team to communicate with Operation Manager & Director in Chinese speaking

Qualifications

Experienced in sales administrator min 1 year (preferably)

Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel)

Have good communication in English (preferably), Chinese (must) min HSK/HSKK 3

Attention to detail and accuracy

Have high integrity, initiative, and good behavior

Presentable, energetic, and confident appearance

Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang

Willing to assist Operation Manager business trip
